Box Print™ has the right to change this Site and to these "Terms and Conditions" at any time. You should review these Terms and Conditions whenever you visit a website.

All rights are reserved. Copying or republishing any materials on the BoxPrint.ca website is prohibited.

On our website, clients can choose the content, material, graphics, text, images, and colors to add to the packaging. However, there are specific rules and regulations that you must have to follow. Without legal permission, you cannot use any third party's design, text, watermark, image, or graphics. When you place an order on this Site, you permit the rights and authority to place an order. You also give intermission to Box Print to manufacture the product on your behalf.

For the customer-related content, you must keep the following points in mind.
• You are entirely responsible for how you use your data, such as images, graphics, and text combined with your product.
• You are obliged not to use the trademark, designs, service mark, images, graphics, and text that you don't own unless you get authorization from the owners.
• You promised not to use third-party content that will cause defamation or copyright strikes.
• You cannot use content that has copyright, trademark, publicity, and private rights.
• Furthermore, you must know you need permission to use third-party content to combine with your product.
• As you log in on the website and place an order, you permit Box Print so that we can manufacture your product on your behalf.
• You are responsible for whatever content you upload, send, post, or transfer from the website.
• A person is solely accountable for creating content on the website, such as graphics, images, messages, and other materials.
• You agree to all the local rules and regulations regarding uploading acceptable content on the website.
• You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any indecent, copyrighted (or third party-owned) content on the website.
• Box Print does not take responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, integrity, and reality the customer posts.
• You are entirely responsible for the password's protection and control access if you have a registered account.
• By logging in, you agree that you are responsible for placing the orders and other actions your account takes.
• Orders that are placed using your registered account, whether by you or someone you've granted access, authorize Box Print™ to have a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, sub-license, modify, adapt, publish, display, and create derivative works from the content on the website.
• If any content violates our rules, we can remove it without discrimination.
• We hold and unwrap content if required by law:
  1. Follow legal processes.
  2. Apply the terms of service.
  3. Respond to claims of content violation.
  4. Protect the rights of Box Print. ™, its users, and the public."

Box Print only provides a design file of 72 DPI (low resolution). If you want to get the design file in high resolution, contact us at sales@boxprint.ca to buy it

Box Print is not responsible if color changes during the conversion from RGB to CMYK color modes.

Provide all the designs and images in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

We won't take any responsibility if images are printed pixelated, distorted, or blurred on the design provided by the customer.

The final design will be sent to the customer before printing via email. The customer must proofread information, shipping times, and dates carefully. Everything will remain the same after the approval of the final sheet. We'll continue the procedure according to the last sheet and won't take any responsibility in case of any hazard. So, check spellings, positions, and design elements precisely. After getting the approval, we'll print it the same.

So, as soon as you get the package, check the items according to the invoice. Let us inform the courier company if an item is missing or damaged. We'll review the matter in depth and respond to you. After three days of delivery, we won't accept any damaged or lost item claim.

All the orders are customized. So, if the error is from our side, we will reprint it. Otherwise, there is no policy for returns and refunds.

About order cancellation, here's our policy:
• Before reaching the design stage, you can cancel your order.
• If you cancel your order in Stage 1, a charge of $15 plus 5% of the total amount applies.
• If you cancel in Stage 2, a minimum fee of 20% of the total order amount is deducted.
• In stage 3, we'll deduct the 50% of the amount.
• In stage 4, you can't cancel your order.
